Stitched, not printed

Embroidery stitches your logo right into the fabric with thread, so it doesn’t sit on top like a print — it becomes part of the garment. That’s the look people reach for when they want a hat, polo, or jacket to feel professional, and a finish that holds up for years without cracking or fading.

We’ve been outfitting Shasta County businesses and teams since 1989. We’ll digitize your logo, sew a proof so you can see it before we run the order, and help you pick garments that wear well and look sharp with a stitched logo on the chest.

Best on structured goods

What we embroider

Hats & Caps

The classic embroidery canvas. Structured caps, dad hats, and beanies with a crisp stitched logo up front.

Polos & Button-Ups

A left-chest logo turns a plain polo into a professional staff uniform — perfect for offices, shops, and service crews.

Jackets & Vests

Softshells, fleece, and work jackets with a stitched logo that looks sharp and stands up to daily wear.

Work & Team Uniforms

Consistent, name-and-logo apparel for a whole crew or roster — reorder any time with no re-setup.

Bags & Beanies

Totes, duffels, backpacks, and knit beanies — small stitched touches that make merch and giveaways feel premium.

Left-Chest Logos

The everyday workhorse: a clean, tidy logo on the chest of just about anything you want branded.

Why embroidery

When embroidery is the right call

It’s the premium choice for a reason — but not for every job. Here’s where it shines, and where we’ll happily point you somewhere better.

Looks Professional

A stitched logo reads as premium and permanent — the finish people expect on a company polo, a nice cap, or a work jacket. It just looks more “real” than a print.

Built to Last

Thread doesn’t crack, peel, or fade the way a print eventually can. Embroidered gear looks good years in — ideal for uniforms worn day after day.

Lots of Tees? Try Printing

Embroidery shines on hats and polos, but for a big run of t-shirts or a large, colorful design, screen printing is faster and cheaper. We’ll tell you honestly which fits.

What affects your price

A few things move the number

Embroidery doesn’t have one flat price — it depends on your design and order. The good news: the more pieces you order, the less each one costs. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll give you an honest quote, usually the same day.

Quantity
The one-time digitizing is spread across the whole run, so per-piece cost drops as you add more.
Design size & stitch count
Embroidery is priced by stitches. A small left-chest logo costs less to sew than a big, dense back design.
Stitch locations
One left-chest logo is cheapest; add a back, sleeve, or cap side and it grows.
The garment you choose
A cap, a polo, or a lined work jacket — the item you’re stitching onto matters.
Turnaround
About two weeks from your approved proof. Working toward a deadline? Ask us what’s possible.
Your logo, made to stitch

We handle the digitizing

Before we sew anything, we convert your logo into an embroidery file that tells the machine exactly where every stitch goes — that step is called digitizing. It’s a one-time thing: once your design is digitized, it’s ready to run again any time you reorder, with no setup to redo. Just send whatever artwork you have and we’ll take it from there.

Common questions

Embroidery FAQs

What’s the minimum order for embroidery?
The minimum for embroidery is 12 pieces. That makes it a great fit for a crew of staff polos, a set of team hats, or a dozen branded jackets — no huge order required.
What can you embroider on?
Hats and caps, polos and button-ups, jackets and vests, beanies, work shirts, and bags. Embroidery is at its best on structured, heavier items — anywhere a stitched logo looks sharper and lasts longer than a print.
What affects the price of embroidery?
Mostly the size and detail of your design — embroidery is priced by stitch count, so a small left-chest logo costs less to stitch than a big back design. After that it’s how many pieces you order, how many spots you stitch, the garment you choose, and how fast you need it. Thread colors usually don’t add to the price the way ink colors do in screen printing.
How long does embroidery take?
Most orders are ready about two weeks after you approve your proof. Working toward a deadline? Let us know and we’ll tell you what’s possible.
Does my logo need to be in a special format?
No — send whatever you have. Before we stitch, we convert your logo into an embroidery file (called digitizing) that tells the machine exactly where every stitch goes. That’s a one-time step, and once it’s done your design is ready to run again any time you reorder.
Embroidery or screen printing — which should I choose?
Embroidery is the premium, long-lasting choice for hats, polos, jackets, and bags — anywhere you want a logo that looks professional and won’t fade or crack. Screen printing is the better value for larger runs of t-shirts and other flat garments. Tell us the item and the look you’re after and we’ll point you the right way.
